Costo Construction Corp. is a proud member of the Construction Management Association of America and is a CMAA Certified Construction Manager certified by the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI). The Certified Construction Manager certification has been accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) under the ANSI/ISO/IEC 17024 standard since 2006. In 2013, the Construction Industry Institute (CII) endorsed the credential. In 2016, the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) endorsed the credential as well.

We’ve been in the building industry since 1995. We offer light civil, commercial and select residential construction management services. We may also perform as Owner Representatives or Prime Contractor.
