It is the parent company to Showcase Interiors (founded 2005), Showcase Construction Management, Formwest Contractors and Smart Permits. Our combined team experience in the local Vancouver residential and commercial renovation build markets totals over 180 years and hundreds of projects! Beyond the team listed below is a vast network of specialized trade partnerships built and honed over time. Our extended relationships also include groups of engineers, consultants and design professionals. Christian Costo

Coordinator / Owner. With decades of experience in general contracting, Christian is a proud 4th generation contractor who currently oversees and participates in the general direction of the business and development of the team. Christian considers the details and nuances in all the relationships and moving parts that go into delivering a successful project and supports all the efforts made in our company to meet and exceed the highest standards. Always learning and teaching, Christian aims only to deliver end results our clients, colleagues and our entire team can be proud of.

Marc Costo, CAPM

Certified Project Manager / Owner. With years of experience in the family business, Marc currently looks after our residential projects and services. Marc marries new age technology with old world construction methodology to deliver a streamlined project experience. Marc works with our site supervisors, designers, engineers, inspectors, trade partners and suppliers to deliver on our commitments. Marc has delivered exemplary service on multiple, simultaneous mid market and high-end residential renovation projects. Marc takes great pride in his professionalism from start to finish.

Oliver Costo

Project Manager / Owner. With years of experience in the family business, Oliver is currently managing our commercial services, working with our Site Supervisors, Architects, Engineers, trade partners and clients daily. Oliver delivers initial consultations, project feasibility and is integral in our bids and tenders process. He is currently providing strong Construction Management on multiple, commercial projects simultaneously. He approaches and delivers all services in a calm, considered process.

Nick Morneau

General Manager. B BA Finance from the Beedie School of Business. Nick has passed all three levels of the CFA Examination process and equally as impressive, has built his own tiny home. Nick brings more than 10 years experience in business management and analysis advising senior leaders. With Nick involved, the benefits to our project planning, execution and delivery are numerous. The benefits to our clients are endless. His professional, pragmatic approach to all projects allows for detailed delivery from start to finish.

Bob Martz, P.Eng.

Senior Advisor, former Multiple Areas District Manager, Regional Vice President, PCL Construction (Canada and USA) and former Board Member at PCL. Client of ours! With over 4 billion dollars in construction projects behind him, Bob is an invaluable advisor, guiding our firm and mentoring our ownership with true care and consideration. Josef Bartinger

Senior Site Superintendent. Trained Bavarian Timber Framing Carpenter with over 30 years high dollar value commercial project construction supervision experience. From modular builds to Canadian Forces, RCMP and YVR projects under his belt, if Josef is in charge of the site, you can bet it is safe, exceptionally well organized and rigorously managed.

Kelvin Beavan

Site Superintendent, NVQ, Level 3 Carpenter (UK), highly skilled and versatile team leader. A woodworking wizard. A keen learner and an adept problem solver, Kelvin knows the importance and true meaning of customer service. If Kelvin is looking after your site, the details are dialled in and you are in excellent hands from beginning to end.

Aaron Campbell

Senior Site Superintendent. Aaron joined us with over 25 years residential and commercial construction experience with the latter half of that time spent in a Construction Management role. With several years working in Japan as a finishing carpenter and running his own renovation business, Aaron knows how much work goes into building and maintaining a great reputation. Always innovative, Aaron recently designed a modern Architectural Lighting Panel system that can be installed in both indoor and outdoor settings. With all his experience, Aaron delivers a smooth renovation process and very much enjoys achieving design intent. We are very proud to have Aaron on our team!

Mitch Niles

Lead Hand Carpenter. Hailing from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, the University of Calgary and the Humber Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning, Mitch brings a very educated level of problem solving to our team. With hundreds of completed projects under his belt, Mitch also offers a diverse portfolio of skills and experience. From Crane & Rigging, Construction Safety and Quality Assurance Inspections, Mitch has proven himself as a tremendous resource to our team and for our clients. Mitch is a confident communicator and team player and we’re proud to have him involved.
