Project Overview
A refresh of a luxury waterfront residential condo with picturesque ocean views previously designed by Mitchell Freedland Design.
Upon introduction, we suggested that almost all of the design elements be retained.
Our own design / build team provided flooring samples to replace a narrow plank oak hardwood and pointed to furniture and lighting design assistance from Inform Interiors and custom millwork by Soma Millwork.
We also recommended the use of Systematic Art hanging in the gallery halls and new wall covering for the foyer.
We are proud to say that we were recommended to the owners by their family for whom we had completed a renovation for several years earlier.
Our clients are very happy with the results and we are very proud to have been able to work on such a delightful project!
