Our firm is responsible for past, ongoing and continued maintenance and upgrades as needed to this retail location and the building that it is part of along Vancouver’s South Granville shopping district.

Working with ownership and the tenants, our role is to manage any assessments of the property infrastructure, envelope and all points in between and to provide guidance and services when it comes to maintaining or improving the property. Whether that be the replacement of a common fence, replacement of a front door, or re-roofing, we are proud to be on call to serve this integral part of the South Granville Retail community.
