Multiple Projects Overview
The Costo Construction team is actively engaged as a General Contractor and as Construction Manager to provide a variety of services to our long time clients in the technology sector. Over the years, we’ve been hired to plan and obtain building permits, modify spaces, renovate sound and recording studios for Electronic Arts, Black Box Games, Radical Entertainment, Sega and Relic Entertainment to provide special installations and perform general upgrades on an “as needed” basis.
Completed and ongoing projects include build, removal and relocations of specialty sound and recording studios, modification to workspaces as needed, acoustic upgrades, installation of features, reception areas, A/V requirements and most recently, the design & build of a high density server room.
