Complete renovation of an original condition townhome. This project involved structural engineering to open up the kitchen to the dining area, level 5 drywall finishes, and new flooring throughout. Also included a modern custom kitchen, new flooring and two bathrooms. Done on an extremely tight budget and timeline, we worked with our clients and a large team of sub-contractors to deliver the building permit and construction to their design tastes within four months – on time and on budget. A big transformation was achieved here!
