Costo Construction was retained by Gardenworks Canada to oversee the build of their new 15,000 s/f flagship store in North Vancouver, British Columbia.
As CM, we partnered in the planning and oversaw the demolition of four buildings and the complete civil and seismic, envelope and all systems restoration of the primary retail location. We’re proud to have assembled and managed a large team to deliver on this modern, smart design by O4Architecture, on behalf of the ownership group.
We are thrilled to help the community and sustainably minded client launch at this vibrant new location!
