Project 1: Contracted as CM / Owner’s Rep: Working with specialized contractors, owner’s GC and registered professionals. 6200 s/f private estate home on .78 acre. Project includes an interior digital twin + renovation with structural, waterproofing and re-roof and MEP, HVAC, A/V, fenestration package. Also includes survey, landscape design, planning for new hardscape, 6000 s/f driveway, 3 park settings and stormwater management.

Project 2: Contracted as CM / Owner’s Rep: Working with specialized contractors and 3rd party registered professional interior designer. 4,200 s/f, 3 level private ski chalet – interior digital twin + renovation of interior spaces including full games room, home bar + theatre and custom home office.

Project 3: Contracted as CM / Owner’s Rep: Working with specialized contractors. 3,800 s/f, whole home and property digital twin + interior renovation and exterior gates, wall caps, hardscape & drainage project. Project includes total re-roof, waterproofing, skylights, solar rail anchoring, 56 panel photovoltaic solar array, and stormwater management.

CM with Partial Self Performance. 3D imaging, working with Architect and PM. Demolition of 4 commercial buildings, civil, substantial structural work. Stormwater management, complete 12,000 s/f building restoration. A transformation from a former bus mechanic’s facility to a neighborhood garden centre.

• United Way Corporate Headquarters

CM / GC. Working with Registered Architect to Design / Build / Upgrade multiple interior spaces. Project included energy efficiency upgrades, ergonomic and accessibility upgrades and improvements to the building resulting in prolonged lifecycle and occupant satisfaction.
