A truly dynamic property.
We were thrilled when our client called on us to assist with these upgrades. This was a refresh project with window restoration, interior preparation and finishing, including the staircase. We also added new carpet and under pad, new lighting and then fully renovated the principal bathroom with a new tub, new tile, new vanity and all new plumbing + lighting + switching. Working within our client’s budget, timeline and tastes, we worked to deliver all the upgrades this property needed to be offered properly and presented for sale.
